Welcome to TutorChrome. By accessing our website, scheduling a trial session, or purchasing our 1-on-1 online tutoring services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Service. Please review them carefully.

1. Service Description

TutorChrome provides live, 1-on-1 personalized online tutoring across K-12 academic curricula, competitive test preparation (such as Digital SAT, ACT, PSAT, AP exams), and specialized subjects including coding, languages, and math. All instructional sessions are conducted via our virtual interactive learning platform.

2. User Accounts & Registration

To access live sessions and lesson materials, parents or adult students must provide accurate, current, and complete contact information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials and agree to notify TutorChrome immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Session Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellations

To ensure fairness to our dedicated tutors and maintain consistent student learning trajectories, the following scheduling policies apply:

  • Notice for Rescheduling: Students or parents may reschedule a session by providing at least 24 hours of advance notice to our academic coordination team.
  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or instances where a student fails to attend within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, may be counted as completed and deducted from the plan balance.
  • Tutor Rescheduling: In the rare event an assigned tutor is unavailable due to an emergency, TutorChrome will arrange an alternative make-up slot or provide a qualified substitute educator.

4. Payment, Renewals & Refunds

Tutoring package fees must be paid in advance of scheduled session delivery. All prices are stated clearly during the enrollment process. We offer flexible hourly and monthly packages. Refund requests for unused sessions are evaluated in accordance with our satisfaction guarantee and must be submitted in writing to our support team within 30 days of purchase.

5. Student Code of Conduct & Safety

TutorChrome maintains a safe, respectful, and zero-tolerance online learning environment. Both students and tutors are expected to treat each other with courtesy and professionalism. Disruptive, inappropriate, or abusive behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and potential account suspension without refund.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All instructional curricula, proprietary worksheets, digital materials, lesson notes, and website software provided by TutorChrome remain the exclusive intellectual property of TutorChrome. Materials are provided solely for the personal, non-commercial educational use of enrolled students.

7. Limitation of Liability

While TutorChrome is committed to delivering top-tier educational instruction that fosters measurable academic improvement, individual grades and test scores ultimately depend on student effort, consistent practice, and independent study. TutorChrome makes no guarantees of specific exam scores or admissions outcomes.

8. Modifications to Terms

TutorChrome reserves the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon publication on this website. Continued use of our tutoring services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law & Contact Information
